Buckle up folks! You will be blown away when you visit and begin to think of your "reasons" why you have been hidden from this "joy" until now. The atmosphere relaxes you into a different world; however, the true matter of this authors opinion is to give the HIGHEST remarks on the food and service! I have never had better Ceviche and will inform the paths of everyone I cross, so get ready. Jose's (floor manager) skitted around the entire floor ensure ALL guests had what they needed going so far as to answer my parties request to purchase a bottle of wine for our hotel room for the continuance of the vibe instilled from our pleasurable experience at the JOY. If you are interested the area over Easter weekend, they offer a fabulous Brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Don't miss this and go ahead and add to your options in 2025!
Great place to go for brunch. Plenty of breakfast and lunch choices available. I had the French Toast with Fresh Berries. It was a big, delicious portion with plenty of strawberries and blueberries and fresh whipped cream. Service was very attentive. You certainly won't leave hungry.

Ben was a JOY! We had an awesome time! The drinks were amazing! Chef Will made egg free sauces for me so I wouldn’t miss out on the full experience!
The food was exceptional! Every dish was bursting with flavor and made with love. Daisy, my server, was amazing, and the restaurant manager was very kind. I truly enjoyed my experience! As a connoisseur of fine dining, I can say this is one of the best restaurants I have visited in a while. I traveled from D.C. specifically to try their restaurant week menu, and I loved everything! You will not be disappointed, this place is special, and the food is made with heart. I will definitely be coming back soon.
Joy has to be one of the best dine in experiences i’ve had in a while! Definitely a new favorite restaurant. The food was amazing, my girlfriend and I especially enjoyed the Bati Bati. Service was also really good, everyone was very attentive and kind. 10/10 from the both of us!! Wonderful
I dined at Joy by Seven Reasons for dinner and was very impressed with the whole experience. From the decor to the service which was exceptional to the food, of course. We started with beef carpaccio and red snapper ceviche both beautifully plated and tasted so good. For dinner we had Lamb Ragu and a seafood medley dish with coconut rice. Lamb Ragu homemade ribbon-like pasta with lamb was so delicious. Seafood medley dish with grilled calamari, shrimp was delicious as well. Both dishes were beautifully plated. Dessert was amazing and sublime. Service was so professional and very friendly. Luis provided us with such warmth and detail in explaining each dish served and it's wonderful ingredients which further added to the dining experience. We even got to speak with head chef towards the end of our dining at Joy by Seven Reasons. I thanked him for such wonderful culinary creations and He welcomed us. I highly recommend Joy by Seven Reasons for a wonderful dining experience through and through. Also to note, I learned from Luis that owner, Michelin Star chef has several other restaurants in DC VA area which we plan to visit in the future. We will definitely be dining again at Joy at Seven Reasons.
I have no words!! This place was wonderful. From the service to EVERY bite. We had 4 different plates and each one of them was full of flavor. THE desserts were amazing as well. Can’t wait to be back.
